La Cueille is a hamlet a few kilometers from Poncin. This little village isn’t far from the Ain river on its left bank.
In La Cueille you can see :
-an interesting chapel in the gothic style which was built in the 15th century.
-In the 18th century, a castle was built by the lords of Coligny. Seven centuries later, the son of General De Gaulle got married there.
-There is a fountain at one end of the village.
